If you love original flavours, creativity and eclectic’ness then don’t miss Feibiger’s.The $55 set menu is great value for money and delivers flavour, satisfaction and something a bit different. Ralf, the owner/chef, is great fun and really knows how to challenge the palate with a wide-ranging fusion menu. A must eat in Hobart.
