Fantastic food and service by the staff. We had the best time with the family. Our waitress was a pro – well informed, patient, and attentive. Menu was beautiful with something for everyone. Really recommend the braised beef cheeks and slippery bugs. Food came out in a timely manner, and the dining areas were something special. Definitely going back and trying everything else on the menu.
Poor service and not so friendly wait staff. We came to the restaurant side and not acknowledged by anyone at the front counter for ten minutes. We eventually went to sit on the bar side with a much better atmosphere with live music. The slow cooked beef pasta was delicious but not worth it for the tiny portion size and expensive price. Highly disappointed that I waited over 30 minutes for such a small amount of food, otherwise the food itself would’ve been 5/5. It’s the first time I ever left a restaurant still hungry.
