We tried out this place since they had a very good value lunch meal deal. I wasn’t expecting much in terms of quality actually, so I was genuinely surprised and impressed by our calamari dish. The calamari itself was crispy with a light coating of batter, but tender and not the least bit chewy. The garden salad had more components than a bag of salad, with a variety of vegetables and textures. The fries were well-seasoned and meaty. The portions were huge. I saw some of the plates going by stacked with food and our dish was quite filling. I’d try this place again for pub food.

We went to soho on a Wednesday. I seriously don’t know how they can do such good value pub food for the price. Other places usually make it back on the drinks but when you can also purchase a litre of beer for $5 at 5pm who is complaining. Looking around the hotel they appear to also have lots of other specials on different nights of the week also. The younger staff are really friendly and attentive. The place is obviously pretty popular and we will defianatly be making a booking next time as it was quite busy. All in all a really good expirience and we will defianatly be heading back.
