With one of the best bar tenders in Hobart this bar is a welcome relief from the cold. The variety of local Whiskey, Gin, Moonshine and other spirits was impressive as was the addition of many local Australian spirits.
Had the best drink of my life here. My husband and I stayed at Henry Jones for our honeymoon. Popped in for drink before going out for dinner. I asked the bartender for something bright and sweet-sour with gin. She made something with fresh lemon, mulberry juice and local Poltergeist gin which was so good we delayed our dinner reservation so I could have another!! Our only complaint is it was absolutely freezing inside – no heater or fire to sit beside and the leather seats made it feel even colder. Add some space heaters and it will get a 5.0 rating the next time we’re there.

Great little bar with fantastic ambience & wine list. Service very friendly. Great fit out including open fire places. It’s a must I think when in Hobart!
