Extremely bad service. I haven’t complained about a business before, but felt compelled after a very rude experience at Nicolatte. I was barely acknowledged on arrival; after ordering and waiting on a takeaway tea for nearly twenty minutes, I was given the wrong milk. Even though I was in a huge hurry at this stage, I went back to return it, and there was no apology or acknowledgement, just vagueness. The place wasn’t very busy, so there was no excuse for such bad service/mistakes. Compared to the excellent service at other cafes in town, I just wouldn’t recommend it.

Stick to the Bfast/Brunch menu!!. Today I took away the smallest pizza I have had in my life! (for $15!)It was probably about 7 inches diameter.Instead of pizza dough it seemed to be on a piece of toasted, hardened pita bread:SStick to the breakfast/brunch menu!
