Went for Breakfast Saturday, had the Scrambled eggs with house cured salmon gravlax. This combination is brilliant the salmon gravlax is a beautiful product that they make. The menu I’ve found here is one of the most exciting in the city. Quality produce, outstanding service and great atmosphere! And the coffee is always really good as well.
Disappointing. This used to be a favourite cafe of ours however something has changed…..the staff were unfriendly, the food wayyyyy overpriced and menu a bit of a shambles. Very disappointing that there are no options for kids (considering the museum is right next door) the only thing we could order them was 3 bowls of chips and that was $36 later!!!!!!! Pretty disappointing experience all round.
YUM YUM YUM! Loved it and will be back again and again! Really interesting and delicious menu
Great coffee, a little disappointed with food. Menu description did not quite match dish. Would come back to try big breakfast or scrambled eggs which looked good.
Terrific lunch … Menu is interesting, food is well presented, fresh and really tasty … Room is rather noisy when busy and waitstaff was a bit curt … But overall good experience!
They’ve got the look and service of a quality breakfast place down pat, and the price reflects it. Unfortunately the actual food and coffee quality is well below (or is it supposed to he above?) par for what they’re trying to be. The Vittoria coffee was almost undrinkable. It tasted like it came from an office auto machine. The $21 breakfast was pretty average. They shouldn’t bother with slabs of bacon. Bacon is generally thin for a reason – a steak of it is too much. Poached eggs were verging on overcooked. For these prices, look elsewhere.
Wow!. Fantastic food and a great menu! I will have to go back in order to taste everything I wanted to eat on the menu (which was pretty much everything!).
