I went in to get somthing for a desert or snack and was totally suprised at what was on offer it was nearlly to hard but I got a great desert for us.
Whether it’s sweet or savoury you’re after they have it. I so love their French Vanilla Slice and had a steak, bacon and cheese pie – the crust wasn’t flaky and it was nicely chunky.
The Bush Bakery was recommended by friends. Awesome high quality pies and we also indulged in some of the best vanilla slice I’ve ever had. Absolutely loved this place!!!!
We love stopping in here for their scallop pies and cakes. Turn off Huon highway and drive into Leslievale. Note they close for extended holidays sometimes so check ahead.
