Very cozy little restaurant, wasnt expecting much as most shops are closed. This place is like a little gem in the area. We only tried the pasta which are all amazing. We all order seafood pasta which they loaded all of them with brunch of various seafood such as mussel, scallop, salmon, prawn & squid.Best thing is that they offered the entree & main size for most dishes. This is perfect for my in-laws so they can order the right portion for themselves.

There’s been some great reviews of this place so we thought we’d five it a go. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant was packed. We ordered the garlic bread (pizza), a pasta and a pizza. Food arrived in 20min. Was a good home cooked mea. Thanks. l

Best Italian I’ve had so far!And I’m from Melbourne myself – so that’s a big statement! Came to Launceston for work – and decided to go out to dinner for one. Stumbled across this place – from the outside it just looks like a normal Italian eatery with a takeaway section. Got seated by a very friendly Asian waitress, started off with a garlic cheese pizza – which was massive service (I only had two slices and had to stop because I was already feeling full), followed with a mixed seafood pasta in white wine sauce – which blew my mind away! Again, huge service size, and the pasta sauce was just so thick and creamy but doesn’t feel overpowering. The selection of seafood in the pasta was almost too generous, lots of fresh prawns, mussels and scallops (the one with the outer flesh still attached to it – which was a delight surprise), and it was just perfect! Love love love this place, cannot wait to come back again!

Booked a table late in the day but glad we did. Extremely busy but friendly staff. Had seafood dishes and a herb bread to dip in the sauces. Herb bread was crisp and consistently flat – as well as delicious! The flavours in the Scallops St Jacques were very mild and really allowed the scallops to shine. Perfectly cooked and came with a side of vegetables poached in a mild tomato sauce topped with shaved cheese and herbs. Amazing overall. The Spaghetti Bora Bora was packed with fish, prawns, scallops and mussels. The spaghetti was a little powdery and the mussel in shell had been slightly over cooked. The flavours were well balanced. The port glass was very cute.

What a great surprise in launceston. Not knowing too much about this place, due to the limited photos and information online, we ordered takeaway and immediately upon entering for pick up, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had fettuccine carbonara, spaghetti bolgonese, ravioli bolgonese and the spaghetti bora bora. All were great in their own way. Would recommend this place as a great place for a easy meal, which is very tasty.

Yum yum yum! Both the spaghetti marinara and spaghetti bora bora were delicious. The flavours were perfectly balanced with a generous serve of fresh seafood. The garlic cream sauce of the bora bora dish was just the right amount without it becoming too creamy and sickening. The serves were huge! The only downside was that they took a while to take our order as they only appeared to have two wait staff for the whole restaurant on a busy Saturday night.
