It was a cold night so we just wanted to stay inside and eat Chinese food next to the heater. We found this place via google and were blown away! The food was fresh and the server was lovely. She even gave us an extra two chicken wings for the ride home. Definitely would come back here!

Actually great Chinese food, rare in Tasmania :). We got a large takeaway order on a Friday night. A few things on our order were in the freshly filled bain-marie but most needed to be cooked for us so we were there about 35 minutes. Talk about busy!! The door never stopped opening with a constant trail of customers, many of whom are regulars and greeted by name. Loved the bright and happy customer service displayed by everyone working there and we did get some freebies due to the wait which were great. The bain-marie dishes were emptied and replaced about every 10 minutes so that was all fresh. And watching customers fill their large or jumbo boxes with as much as could be jammed in there was very interesting. Lots of fabulous options on the full menu. We chose several vegetarian dishes wish were all superb! And the chicken with honey very yum! Fresh greens in oyster sauce was my favourite. Will make this a regular now we know how wonderful it is.
Simply great!!!. Consistently awesome, delicious and fresh food! great prices, great… err better make that ENORMOUS range of food options!! undoubtedly something for every taste! Better yet, all from a small family run business with a huge focus on customer service (something that is hard too find these days!) Highly recommended for tasmanians and tourists alike! Give the multinationals selling there microwaved burgers, junkfood combos and grease the miss and instead visit the golden brumby and have some real food!!!!
Overwhelmingly generous!,. Susie reopened the shop half an hour after they closed just to serve us after a long day hiking! Also she was super friendly and gave us some freebies to munch on while we were waiting for our dinner and a few extra to take home :)I cannot speak highly enough 10/10
