Our first time in Launceston, we stumbled across the Collins Street Pantry when we were hungry for lunch. Loads of yummy things in the cabinets – sandwiches and it looked like you could choose your own fillings if you didn’t want a pre-made one. Loads of fillings – my Mum ordered a salad with the fillings she wanted. Really friendly service too 🙂
