Went here for dinner for birthday with 35 friends…. we had the $30 set menu and there was a huge choice to choose from. The food was great, service good too and staff friendly and helpful.
The best steak in Launceston. Consistently good quality, cooked exactly to order. Friendly staff. Nice salad bar to go with your meal.Veggies were cooked well too.

Perfectly cooked to order steak with rustic baked vegetables17 May, 2015Perfectly cooked Steakhouse. On Saturday night after a late function we booked a 9pm sitting at Steve’s Grill. Food was fantastic. Succulent steaks, rustic baked vegetables, mouthwatering desserts, tounge tantalising Tasmanian wines.The wait staff could learn to keep one eye on their tables because it made asking for the bill harder and took longer than a place charging these moderately priced meals should take. Other than that I can’t recommend it enough.
Wonderful to see friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic staff who actually want to be there. Breath of fresh air! Thank you and eye fillet was delicious 🙂
The service was good, presentation of meals were good. I just can’t justify spending 29$ on a Parma with salsa sauce with some veges. That was pretty average. I wouldn’t go here again
