The unique method & high temperature sears in all the natural juices & nutrients, enhancing the full flavours & tenderness of your meal. Stonegrill is internationally recognised as one of the healthiest methods of cooking, as all produce is completely trimmed of fats & no added oils are used.The Watermill Tavern proudly supports Tasmanian farmers, sourcing our aged yearling beef from the Duck River region of North West Tasmania, lamb from Landfall on the East Tamar .FUNCTIONS The Owls Nest private dining room is perfect for any occasion, comfortably seating approx. 40 guests and 60+ for a cocktail party. The Mill Deck is a private deck overlooking the Tamar River and is a popular summer venue for cocktail parties.The Watermill Tavern is open for breakfast and dinner 7 days per week from 5.00pm.
