This was a fantastic little spot for brekkie. A foodies dream menu and great staff. I was very impressed with Hobarts culinary scene! Whisk made me the best long mac that I went back for a 2nd one. Being from the west it was made with alot less milk and I think they may have converted me. My satay benedict was eye popping on presentation and just as satisfying on the palate. Loved the specials board, benedict bar and goodies in the cabinet.
Been visiting Wisk for several months now. Always welcomed with a warm smile. Coffee is always to a great standard with food to match. Favourite meal is the Pulled Pork Benedict. Is it’s getting even more popular, at times it’s a bit crowded.
Great little local cafe we were directed to by work colleagues. Usual range of food but each with a little twist. Burger I had was topped inside with a very tasty potato rosti and the bun skewed with a syringe of spicy tomato sauce. Burger itself was most enjoyable and as before on a visit to Tasmania, the bacon was a highlight. Friendly staff interested in how everything was, makes for a nice experience.
