A smoked salmon heaven for sure! If only they also sold fresh sashimi on top of their smoked products, this place’d definitely leave a super deep impression for me!You can do free tasting for their salmon and ginseng products as well as do self guided tour around their salmon farm.. They also have small kitchen if you’d like to enjoy some of the salmon menuWe ordered Salmon Platter where you could choose the salmon pieces yourself (different size – different price) and it’s served with toast and salad with their own ginseng dressing. We asked for extra rilletes on the side and glad that we did it!Salmon Burger was served on a flat bread and we chose to have it with Dill Mayo. The patty was so meaty but a bit quite salty for my liking letsnomnom.net
