Went along for an impromptu family lunch and it was fantastic. I had the roast lamb served with a veg medley, homemademint jelly, jus and pea mash. The lamb was actually meat fashioned into a big square almost roulade shaped piece. It was hands down the best roast lamb I’ve ever eaten. This was an amazing find. Unsure if I went back whether the meal would be the same but on this occasion I was pleased.
Good for efficient work lunch – as a group of above 20 people, we pre-ordered our meals & they arrived within 10 minutes of us sitting down. The menu is varied, from chicken cordon blu, pappadelle, caesar salads, steak to parmis, it satisfied various appetites of our group. The size of mains are huge!I got an entre (attempting to reduce the expanding waist size) of taco prawns. It was good, not fantastic. The taco was warm (lovely), ribboned cucumber wasn’t pickled (so didn’t add much flavour), prawns were cooked well & they were tasty. I needed 2 more prawns to fill my third taco. I was envious of those who ordered chips, they looked so delicious. Crunchy & golden. No one offered me one so I can’t vouch for their taste but they looked good!Overall it was a good venue for a large group with a time restraint. We would go again for work lunch. The decor is satisfactory for work lunch, had odd art photography.
I wrote a bit of a scathing review about this place some timer ago. Since then I have been back several times and the dining experience is a who lot better. Excellent meals with a lot to choose from and the menu changes on a regular basis. Very friendly waiting staff as well. Recommended.
Went here on friday night and the entree we shared we ordered crayfish guacamole but it came out mixed with cream cheese no avacado to be seen and very bland, mains come out my braised pork was dry and had a burnt top with no crackle and lifeless salad, my partner had curried scallops and there wasnt any sauce and bad aftertaste with the curry cant really recommend this place wont be going back
