Average. Nothing special , open a bag of cc’s throw a jar of salsa on top add some grated cheese nuke it for 2 mins and thats about the same result as Amigos Nacho’s . Good location,good vibe in the restaurant but the food is very bland , wld not recommend 🙁
Friendly staff, good food. Mains were $2-3 overpriced, but their drink menu was a bargain.
Thanks Amigos!. I was initially scared to dine here, a few of the reviews seemed negative, but I’m really glad I did! The staff were lovely, timely and responsive. The place was bustling, we had to wait a few minutes for a spare table but that was fine. The food was the best bit! It annoys me when people complain about food not being authentic cuisine or not being aesthetically pleasing. Realistically it’s the taste that matters! And boy was it good! That’s not to say it wasn’t authentic or pretty, it was fine!Maybe $2-3

Thanks, Amigos!. Thanks, Amigos, for rescuing us from a disaster of a night after we ‘dined’ at Written on Tea, Sandy Bay. We arrived at your restaurant quite late, desperate for some closure to our ‘experience from hell’ and were warmly received. We were offered some gorgeous dessert and coffee options, which we gratefully accepted. Your accommodating staff gave us the opportunity to enjoy a special occasion that, otherwise, would have been ruined. Congratulations to the THREE young staff members who attended us. Your restaurant is to be commended for its professionalism and flexibility. Looking forward to making it my ‘go to’ eatery.
Me and my partner ordered the chilli com carne. I had mine as a burrito and he had his with rice. For Mexican food it did not have any flavor and was not at all spicy. Both dishes were watery and tasteless. The best thing about our meal was the margaritas which was in happy hour. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back!!!
Should have higher ratings…. I think Amigos is a really good Mexican Restaurant, I have to admit that I did prefer Tacos I liked the decor and the food a bit more. But since Tacos isn’t around I tend to got to Amigos a lot more, I really like Nachos they are so yummy! I think the service is good, staff are always friendly! I really recommend this restaurant for people who’ve never been to it before!
