We had a craving for some BBQ Ribs whilst holidaying in Hobart. Luckily we stumbled across this American style restaurant.We ordered 2 of the special Full Racks of Ribs which were served with chips and coleslaw; extra side salad and some Midori cocktails.The meals came out super quick, but we had to check on our drinks.The ribs were very good, super tender with the meat literally just falling off the bones. Not sure what marinade they used, but only had a subtle spice flavour.The coleslaw was good and helped to cut through the rich and sweet sauce from the ribs.The chips were just plain, cheap, frozen chips though.The side salad and cocktails were quite plain and not really recommended.Very good value for the Ribs though – $35 for a Full Rack serving
