The food came out quick. We had Enoki Maki, Wakame, Chicken Karaage and Buta No Kakuni. Its not too bad for Hobart standard. I wish its a little less salty but overall it satisfied my preggers tummy.

An authentic Japanese Izakaya style restaurant, with Charcoal Grilled and small dishes. They also have an incredible wine list, with four pages of Sake on it and many of them can do by glass. Highly recommend the soft shell crab and chicken karaage with Sake.

Excellent service, attentive and honest about the amount of food. The food itself was average in my opinion. I did not like the Teriyaki chicken. The chicken itself was boiled, which made the whole dish very bland as it was clearly not marinated well. The beef dish was also disappointing. The chicken karaage dish however were nice and crispy.

Came here whilst on a short holiday in Tassie. Ambience : 4/5. Great location and ample parking surrounding the area. Spacious dining area with simple nice decorations. Food : 3/5. Coming from Melbourne, the quality of the food here did not sit well with me. Wanted to have the unagi but they did not have it as it was apparently not in season. Well, that shouldnt be in the menu in the first place. Sukiyaki was a bit too sweet for me. Cant fault the salmon tho as it was very fresh. Service : 4/5. Great service coming from the owner but the waitress was not very attentive. Had to request for water a couple of times before it was finally being brought to us.
