Perfect spot for typical pub food and drinks, though the parmigianas serves here were not as substantial as per usual. Nonethless quite tasty and the place offers an outdoor seating area that is perfect for escaping the oft crowded interior.
Decent grub for pub fare. The duck spring rolls were super crispy with a tasty dipping sauce. The wallaby was quite tender, but lacked a bit of seasoning. The parsnip pure on the side was very creamy. Overall, better than expected.
Im a sucker for a good Parmi. Walking past and checked out the Menu. Well…… you had me at Chicken Parmi. Ordering at the bar and find my old friend Kirin (cider) in the fridge. And a choice as well. Thank you Republic Bar for a great Parmi and Cider. Service was great as well. Highly recommended for my Parmi loving friends out there.
