Awesome salted caramel crepe! I came back after to buy a jar of it… It would be good to find miam french crepes at a more regular market in Hobart like Salamanca or farmgate.
Truly French Crepes cooked by a truly french lady!. Miam French Crepes are delicieux! I’ve seen her at a few markets around Hobart and finally caved in when I saw lemon curd crepes and my partner was sucked in by the nutella oozing out of a crepe a nearby punter bought. They didn’t disappoint! What was really cool was the crepe maker, who is a lovely young french woman, with a traditional crepe making method she learned from crepe school in France. She was very friendly and happy to share her technique. There are about 6 or 8 different flavours to choose from and she also sells pre-made crepes to take home. Miam is french for YUM!
