Unbelievably bad. How this pathetic excuse of a cafe can still be running is amazing to me. Terrible service, dacor and food to match. My wife and me were so amazed how bad it was that we actually couldn’t help but find the funny side because it really must be a joke.
Claims to have best takeaway coffee, we ordered chai latte’s and tasted like hot milk and we paid 5 dollars for a medium! Customer service was very poor as well. Ratings don’t lie, don’t come here!!!
Everything is Microwaved. This is the most ridiculous restaurant I have ever been!! First of all, they put a sign outside said best takeaway coffee. When we get in there, the steamer which heat the milk was left alone on the coffee machine which is super noisy. And from the way they pour milk in the coffee, you know they don’t know how to make coffee!! So we order something else. We order Sunline Blend with5 different fruits, it was good just need some ice. Fresh Lemon Squash, half an lemon and a can of lemonade?! Only the lemon is fresh not the squash mate.Then we order Omelet and Nose Plater for our breakfast. While we waiting, we notice that the owner use the Microwave every 10 seconds. He put food on the plate, put it in the microwave and slam the door. There 2 microwaves there so the sound you heard in the restaurant pretty much is slam door, beep beep beep and another microwave door got slam again. He was cracking eggs into a coffee cup and microwaving them and then sliding them onto some toast , the omelette was made like this , used an ice cream container , crack a few eggs then nuked them , added some topping and finished it off on the stove , disgraceful technique from a cook/chef , would not ever recommened this restaurant 🙁

Horrible food. Average service. Overpriced for what you get….blergh! Oh, and coffee was bitter as well. The one and only time I’ll be going there!
Piss poor. I am an American girl who has visited the Nose Bag several times. The coffee is alright (I always have a latte) but the food is ridiculously over-priced (an avocado salad, for example, is $14.50; essentially, you are paying $14.50 for an avocado cut in half with some tomatoes and beets next to it in the plate.) and the guy who owns the place is a real dick. I, not sure if it’s because I’m not from Sandy Bay or what but he is downright curt and rude with me. Today is he last time I’ll be giving that place any of my money.
If you like microwaved food with poor service. I tried this cafe many years ago and had poor food then. Thought I would give them another try. We ordered a steak sandwich and an egg and bacon sandwich with a hash brown. When our food came out the steak sandwich had no steak in it and mine E&B didn’t have a hash brown. Things can go wrong so the owner hurried looking annoyed and returned with the steak on a sep plate which he just put on the table for my wife to take the sandwich apart and remake. He also had my hash browns which were baby potatoes, lightly fried some days before and microwaved in garlic butter sauce. When I indicated that this must be wrong as I ordered hash browns his reply was this is our hash browns we have been doing them this way for years and stormed off (see photo). My advice would be go no where near this establishment it overcharges for microwaved food and poor if not rude service
