Priced at less than $19 for an all you can eat sushi buffet. (If im not mistaken lunch is $15.50). A sushi man makes the sushi so its fresh. Although sometimes there is a wait during peak hours as sometimes the man making the sushi works alone. The price for an all you can eat buffet of sushi is definitely reasonable for fresh yummy sushi and not to mention all you can drink miso soup

Not the greatest sushi – however wonderful way to introduce your kids to sushi. They can choice the array of sushi they want to eat. Seeing it made in front of them encourages to try new things. The tempura prawns off the menu was very nice ($25 for 12).

Terrible unauthentic sushi that is probably suited for a college student if they’re tight on budget (the sushi buffet deal). Makes weird fusion sushi with tasteless regular rice (not Japanese sticky rice with mirin). Service bad as everyone looked so grumpy. Never again. Save your money for RIN instead.

Horrible sushi. The rice didn’t taste right as what Japanese sushi rice should taste like. Weird westernised rolls that no other Japanese restaurants would serve. No surprise as staff was not Japanese either. No ginger slices served. You would get more value for your money eating at Sush or RIN.

Great sushi, friendly staff!. Great sushi restaurant. It is made fresh in front of you & is always fresh. The Chef is happy to make items that aren’t on the menu. Great food. Thanks

Favourite sushi bar in Hobart. We are regular visitors to T&S: the sushi is just delightful. Freshly prepared, it’s a joy to watch the chefs at work. My son is a sushi nut and would eat there every night of the week if he were allowed. Only criticism is that they are frequently understaffed, so the waitresses, althoug pleasant, get flustered and overrun. Add a couple of extra wait staff, and the experience would be ideal.
