My friends and Ihad a ballat Cascade. The tour was very informative, led by an affable and passionate guide.I also thought the value was great, considering the fee included 4 x beer or cider samples each. We soaked up the alcohol with some snacks, and enjoyed the jazz band playing on a pleasant Sunday afternoon. Absolutely beautiful gardens, ideal for a wedding or party.
Dropped in for lunch today, gardens and scenery are beautiful. Beer was amazing, but the food and coffee average, desserts are obviously brought in and not made on the premise. Overall, its a good experience, but the main attraction is the beer (obviously), to which must have been wonderful, for my partner didnt complain with the tasting beer platter.
