I had the pleasure starting a day in Hobart at this place recently and I have to say straight up. One of the best breakfast dishes I have ever had. I from Melbourne where the breakfast and coffee culture is high in Australia. This beef brisket omelette had the best balance of flavours and textures. This place is amazing. Service was really good and the coffee is great, it comes with a little chocolate
I had the omelette with beef brisket. The eggs were very fluffy and airy, I loved the light texture. The dish also came with a Vietnamese slaw with fresh bean sprouts, mint leaves and pickled onions, topped with deep fried onions.
