Delicious Breakfast!. We had breakfast here during our recent stay in Tassie, and enjoyed it very much. The owner, who was serving, told us the only item on the blackboard menu that was available was the poached eggs on sour dough with avocado and feta smash. I read a review written on another site in December, and apparently this was the only dish available then, too, so maybe it’s the only dish on the menu, period. Anyway, luckily for me, that was the dish I was going to order anyway.Everything was great and reasonably priced. Fabulous bread, yummy avocado feta mash, and two perfectly cooked eggs. The one thing that we both commented on that was a bit off-putting was that the eggs resembled women’s breasts, due to having been cooked in rings.The coffee was good, and the owner was very friendly and chatty. The interior of the cafe is small, and there’s also a small outside area that runs along the side of the building. It’s a lovely spot that catches the sun, so we sat there. The place was empty, save for a few people turning up for takeaway coffees, but then we were there around 10 and the entire town was quiet at that time.
