Fabulous. As a Melbournian the Old Cable Station is a magnet for me. Any time in North West Tasmania and I must go there, both to stay and to dine.Don’t be distracted by its apparent distance, this is one of the very best places to dine in the whole of Tasmania. No joking!!!Elegant, sophisticated and intimate dining is their speciality. The food is always spectacular. Menus change from day to day dependant on what is fresh and available. On my last visit the tea smoked salmon was the very best I’ve ever had.Don’t miss out.
