Banc was recommended to us by our local BNB, and what a welcome recommendation it was. The chef uses locally sourced ingredients to create imaginative, stunning dishes which satisfy on every level. The ambience was lovely (housed appropriately the old bank) and the service was friendly but not overbearing.Our fave dish was the Wagyu Beef. Highly recommended.
Fresh and delicious!. A nice small restaurant with great fresh food! The oysters were fantastic, and the seafood linguine was super fresh – yum! I ate there in January and still think back to the delicious linguine…!The only down side was that there was a very long wait for the food, although the staff were apologetic – I think all the tables arrived in a really short space of time. This is a lovely place for a special dinner and I would highly recommend eating here if you are passing by Swansea.
