The worst service attitude I have ever seen in Australia. No greetings when we came in, and even showed a cold face. The staff behaved very different between us and other guests and seemed racist. Is that because we are Asian facesIf this is their way to treat Asian tourists, it does harm to the reputation of Tasmania’s tourism. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!
