This place is probably the cheapest restaurant in town and open until 3am. But you get what you pay for. Everything we tried tasted the same – oily, spicy and lacking flavour. Although the naan was fresh and cooked on the spot it was thick and dry. A disappointing dinner.
If anyone is craving Indian food in Melbourne. This is the place you got to try. The Keema is finger licking. Open till 5 am, perfect after a late clubbing night.
Excellent late night dinner that isnt the usual fast food restaurants. Tasty curries with great rice and naan bread. $20 for dinner for 2. Will go back
Being a Pakistani from Karachi you miss food and Ive been on many fruitless journeys to find something close to food from home. This place is a must go to. Ive been there twice and will keep going there. Worth the late night drive from Narre Warren
No frills dining. The food here is oily, spicy and flavourful. So if that fits the description of the craving you are having, you won’t find a cheaper place.
The rotis are hot and made to order and the kheema and goat curry are a must have. Is open till late and they give you free tea after you meal (just ask for it at the counter).
$8 for two curries on a plate and $1 per tandoori roti. You’d be stuffed in $11.
A hole in the wall restaurant on a busy street replete with Korean cuisine and the Melbourne Pub right across the street. However if spicy Indian curry is what you crave along with some fresh naan, then you must try out the food here. Interestingly its open from 8 p.m to 3 am in the morning. Just the place for night owls seeking some food fun. Food is quiet affordable as well . What stays with me though is the hot and spicy flavors of the delectable chicken and goat curries topped with some onion with fresh naan on the side.
Excellent food, great service. Highly recommended. I go there at least 3 times a week. Its not about food only. Love the community and gathering there
