Had the spicy laksa in the lunch deal. Wooooooaaah it was spicy! The enjoyable kinda spicy, not the i cant have another bite cause this burnt my intestines kinda spicy. Great place for lunch. Especially with those prices on offer. Nice place for a beer too, come to think of it.

The ramen variety here is very extensive and nontraditional, we did find the price of the ramen alittle dear . The soup is very rich and thick, we opted for the truffle ramen, kimchi ramen and also the spicy tonkotsu amen. The noodles were very chewy and great bite to them .

If you like ramen yet find it already hard enough to decide between a pork bome broth or a miso broth, then be prepared to have your decision-making skills be put to the test here. Other than the above-mentioned two broths, there are soy sauce broth, laksa broth, truffle or whisky-infused broth and dry ramen.

Tried the Hokkaido Miso Ramen and Laksa Ramen. Both were richly satisfying, and very flavourful. The ramen were cooked to a lovely firm yet chewy texture. The soft shell crab in the laksa ramen was amazingly crunchy and meaty. Serving sizes were rather generous, probably to justify the steeper than normal price for ramen here.

The rest of the menu is even more so varied than the type of ramen broths on offer. We had the purple sweet potato croquettes and spicy gyoza. Delicious but nothing too spectacular about them.

Worth checking out if you’re in the area and craving for a hot and hearty bowl of ramen.

Drop by for lunch. Lots of different flavor/choices or ramen. Ordered a tonkoshu miro ramen. noodle texture are slightly hard, soup base and pork are great, as the only ramen shop around the area its definitely great for winter time.

Brilliant! We had a combination of snacks, entrees and mains and all were very well done. The baos were particularly soft and their fillings were bang on. The crab croquettes were crispy on the outside and the inside melted in our mouths. The okonomiyaki were creatively placed on skewers and tasty. The ramen was well cooked and so was the broth. Only let down was the dry/over cooked pulled meat that came with the ramen.

Shoyu ramen which was a bit expensive at $18. It had roasted pork belly, an egg, bamboo shoots, spring onions, and a home brewed soy sauce broth.

According to the place, the soy sauce flavoured broth is the ultimate tokyo classic so I had to choose this one.

It was pretty good, flavourful and the noodles were chewy.

So far my fave ramen joint when ever Im needing a ramen fix. Honestly ramen has never been the same since visiting Japan (Heaven), but this place is as close as I can find. Try the Hokkaido & Spicy Tonkotsu Miso Ramen. Best Baos Ive tasted in Melb too plus an ever changing quirky beer menu…Love! This place is super busy, so book ahead.
