Weekly Indian Delight. We dine at The Windmill almost weekly and enjoy the service and cuisine. All the dishes we, and our friends, have tried are excellent. It was a bit patchy a year or so ago but is getting better and better. Lamb saag, Handi, Rogan Josh are all good. Give it a go.
Recommended. Fantastic food – the Palak Paneer is the best I’ve had in Melbourne. Ordered the dishes medium hot and they were exactly that (which can’t be said for some other places that seem too scared to actually put much chili in even when I’ve requested it hot). The delivery was bang on time and the price reasonable.Amazing food and great service! Keep up! :)will come back for more. Thanks windmill :))))
Just ordered a late night meal. Order arrived quickly and the food was really tasty. We’ve ordered delivery with them a couple of times now and it’s been pretty consistently delicious, I wouldn’t hesitate if you want some yummy delivery.
I have just given this place a second chance and I can honestly say I was not impressed. The prices are low but the servings are also rather smaller than usual (three chunks of chicken/6 squares of paneer). The flavours are underwhelming, the naan was undercooked and they gave me the wrong rice. I ordered one curry hot and the other mild, they were both extremely mild. Overall it was disappointing.
