I called in here looking for some good sushi early in the morning. And that’s exactly what I got when I ordered the duck sushi, it was really fresh and delicious. One of the best duck sushi I’ve had in a long time.
Great start, and I also ordered the terrayaki chicken. Now this where things went down hill really fast unfortunately.
The chicken sushi had 2 big prices of gristle, like a knuckle from a chicken leg. Nooooo
Once was bad enough but twice!!
Should have stuck w the duck sushi haha
One other thing that I was concerned about was that they were making fresh sushiimi and the trays were left uncovered on the bench in front of customers. Mmnn I won’t be back haha
You can’t beat this spot for a quick roll. Or sushi, or whatever you need!! Rolls here are great, my personal reccomendations would be spicy salmon roll and vegetarian roll.
The spicy salmon has fresh salmon sashimi, spicy Mayo and a crisp baton of cucumber. The cucumber is the unexpected highlight of this roll, providing a great contrast to the tender but toothsome Rice and delicious Nori. And if crisp is your thing, the vegetarian roll might be right up your alley. This is a yummy roll with sweet aburaage tofu, crunchy yellow pickle, blanched carrot and cucumber. Sometimes this roll involves toasted sesame seeds but I’m unsure if this is on purpose.
I often get these with a can of diet Coke.
