Absolutely appalling rude service. What a joke. So unprofessional. Telling customers to self serve their own cake from the counter, you’ve got to be kidding me. Carrot cake tasted raw and undercooked. Coffee was weak and awful.
I’ve given these guys at least 6 chances but they are so unbelievably rude. Each experience, no matter who is serving has been met with complete unprofessionalism. I’ve never seen such attitude anywhere before in an eatery. The coffee is actually okay, but whatever is going on in the background with your staff is being pushed onto your customers.
They recently renovated this place so I thought Ill check them out. Ordered The Mediterranean breakfast which I thought was way to hot to eat at the time of serving it. So I had to wait about 10 mins before I could attempt the eat it. I also had a ham & cheese croissant which was fine. Service was attentive. Overall I rate it a 3.5 out of 5
Wow! The new owners have just swept in and given this little cafe a face lift in every single way – happier waiters, amazing food, lovely fresh and modern decor and the coffee is strong and delicious. Had the healthy breakfast special and it tasted beautiful, was colourful and had the right balance of everything. The wood fire was pumping which created nice atmosphere. Our toddler scoffed most of the nuggets and the other standard breakfast was yummy too. The coffee was my highlight. We will be back as regulars!!!
Poor service and hospitality manners. Never going back again. Service standards are worse than take away places and i was surprised to know it is part of Degani cafe.
