The Mecca of acai bowls. Beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. The restaurant space was open and bright.
However, the finesse taken in preparing my acai bowl was not carried over to my hubby’s scrambled eggs on toast which were a little wet and sad looking.
Nevertheless, would come back and try more from the menu.

Set in a lovely terrace house, this vegan restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and has a welcoming ambience. Only complaint was the seats are wooden and hard on the derrire!
We started with the blood booster juice which consisted of beetroot, apple, carrot, lemon, spinach & a hint of ginger. I had the pink panther smoothie which was more like a meal than a drink and contained banana, dragon fruit, mango, strawberry, peach & coconut milk. I had the nourished Buddha which was a delicious mix of quinoa, spinach, roasted sweet potatoes, kale, broccolini topped off with macadamia mint dressing and I ordered optional nutritional yeast. My companion had the buckwheat vanilla pancakes which were topped with berries and coconut ice cream. She liked these but said they needed more berries. We also had a side of sweet potato fries accompanied by macadamia nut aioli. It was very filling and a great place for vegans.
Ok. Everything is just very ok. Coffee was not particularly great, but there is a good variety of cabinet and menu based options. An ok place to head to for a standard lunch time fix.
Finally I was in the area and was able to try Urban Projuice. It’s a healthy vegan cafe that you just must try. Great menu with some well constructed dishes from savoury to sweet. Well presented dishes with great flavour combos. Beautiful setting
This place is cosy and humble. I love the menu and endless healthy options. When brunch turns to lunch because it’s that good! Thank you for a healthy, nourishing meal. Loved the breakfast bowl and gluten free bread with all the greens!!
Ordered the Buckwheat Vanilla pancakes for breakfast – fluffy pancake stack topped with banana, seasonal fruit, wild berry compote, toasted superseed crunch, coconut ice cream and pure maple syrup. It looked really nice and there are a huge portion of pancakes and toppings, taste was average and I didn’t end up finishing it.
Warning: don’t go here if you have a coconut allergy. Went here with a friend who does, and there was little he could eat For those who can eat it, however, the menu is a dream. I ordered the Snickers bowl, which was delightfully big for the price and features an interesting variety of seeds and fruits and other toppings (including dried mulberries, my favourite). My friend got the nourish bowl, which I ate half of since the tofu scramble had coconut. Was really good as well. The space is big and bright and was packed full, so get in early if you’re in a hurry.
