Had a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner here recently. Everyone from my 1 yr old grandson to my 88 yr old mother had a wonderful night with attentive friendly staff. We had all the usual suspects but the standouts for me were a wonderful taramasalata and the goat kleftiko, which was to die for. My children raved about the chicken but I could go back for that goat every day of the week. I’d give them 5 stars if their desserts could only come close to what my mother used to make!

Pleasant dinner at Venus tonight. Cute rustic venue with a great traditional Greek menu. Between two we ordered the taramosolata, beef koupes, the calamari, the zucchini flowers and the halloumi. The halloumi and calamari were fantastic. The portion sizes were also very generous. The Greek ros was delicious too- very dry.
Venus & Co is located right next to the beach in beautiful Albert Park, the Greek/Cypriot inspired interiors make the experience all the more authentic and the food tops off the whole experience for a great night out. We had the starter hummus (best Ive ever had -and Im a hummus lover), chefs special pork, a side salad and saganaki prawns. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic, highly recommend if youre after Greek/Cypriot cuisine that is inspired!
Honestly the most incredible service and food we have had in a long time! Highly recommend 5 stars. The banquet is very filling and has an array of delicious foods included!
One of the best meals I have had in ages. Every dish we had was excellent with generous servings. Both the owners were there to greet us and walk us through the menu. My girlfriend is vegan and they went out of their way to customise certain dishes. Will definitely be back!
I organised my wifes 50th birthday party at Venus & Co and put simply this place is extraordinary. The food was fantastic as was the service. All the dishes on the banquet where quality and fresh. A welcome change being it was not your traditional Greek restaurant menu. The staff were friendly and keen to assist. Thank you Nick and Steve for a memorable night. We will be back as will a number of our guests. All the very best. Terry
