Its one of the best fish chips i’v ever met. Quick and friendly service. Hot and crisp food. Wonderful location close to beach and also got many beach tables. Real seafood and various sides
Here you can find any flavours of ice cream. Although it is super busy the staffs are trying their best to service as quick as they can. Very impressed! I will recommend to my friends to this great place of ice creams and fish chips combined. The guys are doing very well! They got passion for food.
Too many flavors to choose , it is the best, great icecream shop, my Best flavor is Newyork Chunky Chocolate, two big scoops just for $6,much cheaper than CBD
Thank you for friendly staffs,
Absolute rubbish, I cant rate zero so had no choice to do a one. Ever since the new owners came in, the fish and chips is gross. Even the potato cake was disgusting it had a thick dough batter that was revolting. The fish and chips were no better (fish didnt taste like fish, batter yuck, chips unpleasant). The ice cream part is worse. The main girl in the shop trying to tell the other girl to make her scoops smaller. Its hard to tell but this very small container was $6. Its literally one scoop of ice cream split between two flavours. We also ordered a $7 Sundae but because the girl serving made her scoops too big, the main girl working tried to charge us $10 for the Sundae (because their worker put too much ice cream in). They charge $7 for a Sundae but dont provide any toppings e.g. nuts. Its literally two scoops in a bigger container. We will never ever be going to this place ever again. Its a shame. This used to be a summer time regular for us back with the wonderful kiwi family ran it. Great tasting food. Find somewhere else people. Dont waste your money here, they are trying to profit off of serving rubbish.
The bestest fish and chips in Altona, always cooked to perfection not to oily or under done. In a good location near Altona beach. Service is always at its best, lovely people.
Used to be the best fish n chips around when the Kiwi family ran it, unfortunately like many others it’s since been sold to new owners from the Far East and all the hand made stuff has become pre-packaged, cheap and nasty stuff. It’s right on the beach so going to be busy regardless but I’d head over to pier street or civic parade for far better fish n chips
Haven’t been to a fish and chip shop in some time, but was passing through the area with my mum and we thought we would stop for a bite to take to the beach. We really enjoyed the pumpkin fritter as neither of us have ever had one, also had a corn jack, kumara fritter and pineapple fritter. Staff were friendly and our meals were ready within 7-10 minutes.
