We visited Beach Bites on our recent trip to Altona Beach and were highly satisfied. The location is convenient as it is across the road to the beach, prices reasonable and the service was quick and friendly.
The food was delicious we ordered 3 flakes grilled, potato cake and minimum of chips. My kids (ages 2 and 3) who usually have half a fish each ate a whole fish each plus heaps of chips. Everything was clean and fresh as fish and chip places should be. If you are after fish and chips by the beach (or even in a park which is nearby too) I highly recommended coming here. They also have limited outdoor seating. I will be back.

This place is not great. Im still in mourning for the loss of the previous kiwi owners. Measly servings of cardboard food. And the locals know it, this place used to be humming, now it only gets busy when Altona gets filled with unsuspecting beach goers.
