I’ve just moved to Altona and I’ve eaten there with family and friends 4 times in 10 days! Great food. Parma and pot night $16 with various different parmas. Can’t fault it. Three of us ate there the other night for $38.

It’s the kinda place you would take your grandmother for dinner, quiet and basic counter meal food. The venue is a bowls club, nothing special, nothing shocking, just what you expect, kind of like the food.
I had the Parma: chicken was nice well cooked, ham, sauce and cheese were all good. Chips were cold and the salad has no dressing….. Not worth $17.
My friend ordered risotto which was nice no issues and a good serving. But when she ordered garlic bread for the table it came out after the parmas, which I finished before her main arrived.
It’s ok to go to when you know what to expect.
