What a fab little place. Great friendly service and delicious fresh food, looking forward to an encore sooner rather than later. Highly recommended!
Yum!. Best fried wontons and tastiest Chinese in the area
Saves the drive to Footscray!. Since moving closer to Altona beach we have been here a number of times over the past six months. The menu has a decent range and the food is consistently good.
The staff/owners are always friendly, the value is almost as good as Footscray and we can walk home from here!
Definitely won’t dissappoint if you looking for a (relatively) cheap and cheerful byo in Altona that is family friendly… our favourites incl the Steamed Duck and Mushrooms and the Curry with Roti.
When we arrived the floor was dirty & covered in food. The meat was tough. the food was not good at all & when I left she tried to short change me. Stay away from this place.
What a Gem. Love it, Love it, Love it. Get the Picture.
Never had a bad feed and value is great.
What a treasure hidden away there.
Homely & delicious!. Lee, who came out from Saigon (Cholon) in 1995 has been operating this family business for 7 1/2 years now. It has a wide variety of mainly chinese style meals with a variation of ‘Blackboard’ specials each day. The beef with lemon-grass, chilli and blackbean sauce is my favourite with a little extra ginger thrown in!
Perfect and hearty sized dishes for around $15 average. One meal is adequate for two, especialy if you start of with the entree steamed dim sims that resembles about the size of those we now are famous from South Melbourne market.
Restuarant holds just under 50 seats and for its size, cannot be beaten.
Best Chinese in the western suburbs. Love this place. Family owned business and the waiting staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious, always fresh and so tasty. Have tried so many dishes from the menu and I must say I have enjoyed every one. Give it go – tonight!
