Had a family dinner here last night, takeaway actually. Two gluten free pizzas, the vegetation and the seafood. You’ll know that my family is gf, and I get that gf pizzas are not for everyone. That said, these pizzas were appalling for a lot of reasons. They were undercooked, strange given the place was quiet for a Sunday evening. The crusts were soggy and bloated slabs of gf dough. Ugh. The veg toppings were okay, with capsicum, mushrooms and olives. But the tomato base was dull and unseasoned. I mean completely unseasoned. It was like canned tomato spewed over raw dough. WT? The seafood was much much worse. If no cheese, no seasoning and no flavour weren’t bad enough, the seafood appeared to be a bag of frozen prawns, squid and scallops dumped over the gf dough, without being thawed first. The result was a congealed mess of seafood on a tasteless canned tomato base… with no cheese. My final note, again I get that gf isn’t for everybody, but this place offers gf bases at medium pizza size only (common in Melbourne area) at an additional $4 per base, which is double the area average. I would’ve been happy to pay it for quality pizza. My guess is you won’t find quality here, gf or otherwise.

Pasta was average, it’s hard to mess up a bolognese sauce but they did.
pizza was pretty good though, stick to pizza.
    Good for a quick dinner.

Pizza was nice, but I’m not in a hurry to go back. Friendly staff, but ABSOLUTELY NO WAY this place is a ‘$’ place. I thought for a $21 lot pizza, the tipping was not generous. No prawns either which is ok, but you’re paying a lot and just not getting value for money. Again, nice flavour, but nothing special. Maybe a $14 pizza at best

Really good pasta and pizza but slightly on the pricey side. More like $$. Toppings are generous and pasta flavour was great. Serving size for pasta should be a lot bigger

The best pizza on the surf Coast. This was our third visit- never disappoints!!

Stayed in Anglesea before travelling the great ocean road. Decided to pick up pizza and a garlic bread. So lovely and real comfort food!

Overall disappointed. Prices inflated and despite the no seafood request anchovies were added. Service was good.
