Beautiful food with friendly service. We had a garlic pizza and garlic prawns. Delish Thank you for a great meal with a great atmosphere Highly recommend!
My partner, Beth, and I had dinner tonight at Laneway 73. Arriving at 5:30pm on a Sunday afternoon, we were probably a little bit early for dinner service however the Staff were more than happy to accommodate us, which was very nice indeed.
Beth ordered herself one of the Pizzas that Laneway 73 offer and I ordered the Barramundi. As soon as the docket was delivered to the kitchen we could see the chef working away preparing our meal.
Sadly the restaurant didn’t have any white wine to offer as they were out of stock, which was a pity as I had hoped to enjoy the Pinot Grigio from the Brown Magpie Estate.
Though disappointed with the wine situation, this was more than made up for by the food. As soon as it arrived at the table I was so very glad that Beth and I took the plunge with the new restaurant.
I found the Barramundi absolutely exquisite. Particularly with the caramelised onions, tomatoes, and chilli.
Been a few times for a takeaway coffee and has been consistently good every time.
Back again. Still best coffee on this strip of shops. Tried them all!
Had a beautiful meal at Bistro 73. Steak Tartare, Tom Yum Soup, Lamb and Snapper delicious – at last good, Melbourne restaurant quality food in Anglesea. A very competitive alternative to A La Greque and without the drive. Looking forward to our next visit.
Simon-san. Me come here with friends on holiday. Not sure about place but go in. Staff like warriors seem to be arguing all time. No good for me but order special for the day and chai. Me no complain chai good and food look good taste good. Staff need realise people can see and hear all what go on
Nice coffee but way too small for $4!! Please not even in Melbourne do you pay that much for a teeny cup of coffee!
Um… I just paid $5 for a small strong latte! WTF? Wouldn’t mind too much if I could drink it, it was TERRIBLE. Not happy.
