Great banh mi (pigs ear) and some really hearty pho set in a really well laid out venue Im a fan of uncle. For those that wish to set and forget the $49 feed me is very well priced compared to similar restaurants
Basically everything that we ordered were not that good except for the black rice salad, the drinks tasted weird, fries were way too salty and wheres the 5 spice taste?
Beef pho was very ordinary, broth was not tasty, too much noodle and not enough beef.
I know they are serving fusion, not authentic vietnamese, but they sure can do better than that.
Service was okay, a bit awkward and not as friendly as I expected, overall not impressed, too bad as the place is very comfy.
