    The best Xiao Long Bao in Ballarat!!

    I was there couple of time and at 9S they do very good yummy homemade dumplings with reasonable price. Especially them xiao long bao, it was soft, juicy and flavorful. To be honest they xiao long bao is even better than my grandma (sorry ama) but they noodle was bland.

    The service was great
