Ice cream is good, although expensive. Service is terrible as is the so called pretzels..

Great for that late night sweet tooth or desert in summer. Although a little pricey.
Went in not long ago and was greeted by a lovely girl called Leah, great service and excellent ice cream, they werent very busy at the time so there was no wait. She even made a suggestion to my date who didnt know what to have and it turned out amazing. 12/10 to Leah and her wonderful smile and service, deffianatly going back if she will serve us next time 😀 good job!
Service!. Having purcahsed from quite a number of Cold Rock’s across oz it’s hard to comprehend how and why the staff at the ballarat store lack in service skills. No manners, no sense of customer service I was appalled at the wait times to start and if thats a reason for the person who served me to actually make me feel as though my choices on things I wanted were wrong or too much hassle then she ought to go find a job without customer interaction. I’ll never go back to the Ballarat store.
Tasty but not much variety. Very good quality ice-cream but there are no low-fat varieties available at the Ballarat store. This is a shame, because if there was I would be there far more often!
Cold Rock do make Low Fat Ice-Cream so I don’t know why this site doesn’t make it.
If they did I would give them 100% fantastic service.
Outstanding!!!. Fast service, request made to perfection, bright and clean environment, friendly staff, great location, affordable prices and a MASSIVE variety. Speaking from experience, also make the best birthday cakes ever! I go there weekly; if they did Delivery then I’d buy daily. I’d be broke, but WORTH IT!
