Anyway, as soon as we walked in the door we were not even offered a hello. not even acknowledgement that we were in the store or that we even existed. nothing.
Anyway, ordered 4 kebabs and got grunted at by the staff member (owner) – seriously, you are in the wrong business buddy.
Anyway, ordered 4 kebabs and some sweets and sat out the front in our car and ate them.
After 4 bites i was done. meat luke warm and full of fat and gristle, salad like warm, bread stale. very small and tasteless. even the sweets were a week old.
Avoid this place at all costs, as many of the reviewers below all state. its just no good. i want my money back!
There are better soova places in town that i have eaten at.

Bad service. Food tastes good but when I tried the delivery service the eta given was 50 mins and it took more than 2 hours to arrive, and when I called up they had forgotten about our order!! When food finally arrived it was cold it had been sweating and the Delivery girl through the food at me!! I’m never eating here again terrible service and average food, waste of money and time!!!
Tonight wasn’t our first visit to kebabman. We have been there previously and the service and food were great.
Tonight the girl who served us was rude, her attitude was unpleasant, she was to busy looking out the window to even pay attention to what was happening around her. I will be contacting management because she was so unfriendly.
My kebab was alright, was smaller than usual. Not much chicken or garlic

Seriously, if you don’t want to deliver don’t say you offer the service. Several times now we either haven’t been able to get through on the phone after ringing constantly for hours, or when we do get through the deliveries aren’t available for that night. Shame because its good food.
Great kebabs, would go much more often if they were courteous enough to have eftpos facilities.
It was great to discover a kabab shop in ballarat. Finally. My only negative comments would be that turkish bread (which I consider a key deference between a kabab and a souvlaki) must be specifically ordered. Which can leave you very disapointed when youve been looking forward to a proper kabab just to find what you have unwrapped is actually a flat bread wrap with kabab meat. Other than that, ive only tried 1 dessert that wasnt to my personal liking and the 1 time I ordered chips they were over done and difficult to eat. It was only once but that was enough for me to never order them again. Im there for the kabab which is delicious anyway so the sides, good or bad will not stop me from returning. I’d greatly appreciate not having to remember to special order what I consider to be standard kabab bread and some eftpos availability would also be nice.
