  Positive:
  Actual meat is a treat 🙂
  Quick and reasonable prices
  Good quality

  Negative:

  I always get annoyed across the board at having to pay extra for things like ketchup.

  Water was disgusting. When notified issue still wasn’t addressed. Had to eventually buy water from the bottle. No apology or understanding from staff.

  I suppose, what do you expect when the young staff franchise model is followed. Dragged down the experience.

  If you want to be above mcdonalds perform above mcdonalds

  Fabulous function area upstairs. Great food, well priced and dynamic team. Eat there regularly and it’s consistently good. Nice healthy salad options too.

  Absolutely wonderful customer service from the time of arrival till we left.
  Had the Chicken Schnitzel Swiss Schnitz in a wrap (Avocado, sweet chilli mayo, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and Swiss cheese). It was superbly delicious….and as for those chips…..Delicious beyond words.
  Great ambience and very trendy fitout!
  Will definitely be back soon!

  First time at Schnitz and I’m very impressed! The Fiery Turban was full of flavour, chips were delicious, service was great. Will definitely be back for a schneaky Schnitz!

  Had dinner here recently with friends. I have never been to any Schnitz before so this was a whole new experience. Very happy with the ability to customise to such a large degree. I had the Basic Instinct in a meal, my hubby had the Si Seor meal and our friends had the Aussie Meal and the mini Status Quo. All meals were on the table in under 10 minutes. The burgers were juicy, hot and fresh and the fries were excellent. The servings are generous though so make sure you are hungry!
  Our waitress was lovely and very friendly checking in on us regularly and when she found out that we were first timers and had loved our meal so much, she gave us some vouchers so that we would return. All of the kitchen staff gave us a friendly goodbye as we left. All in all a very positive experience.

  I’m from Melbourne but do come down to Ballarat quite often and I’ve tried a lot of Schnitz franchises in Melbourne. Unfortunately all 3 occasions I’ve been to the Ballarat Schnitz, they have somehow burnt my schnitzel. The chips are always good and the dips are consistent, but I’m assuming these aren’t made on premises.

  As for the ambiance of the place, it’s been extremely well designed, nice use of timber throughout and is aligned to the general theme of all Schnitz franchises I’ve been to.

  All they need to do is rectify this burnt schnitzel issue, i’ve been 3 times now and every time my Fiery Turban wrap has had burnt schnitzel, fix that up and voil it’ll be a 5/5

  Have been there twice now and all good. Although 1st time it took 30 minutes for the line to progress to the stage of ordering – but having said that food was on table in 10 mins. Second time 5 mins to order and 10 mins order to table.On busy nights need the ability to open a second register for ordering but food is beautiful and time to table is very quick.Will be back for 3rd time and more
