Definitely hands down, one of the best meal I had in Ballarat. I loved the smell of the bread from the oven once I walked in and the lovely service staff made us feel welcome. The volcano pizza was one of the best pizza I ever had and the tortellini with butter and sage was so delicious. The nutella and strawberry pizza was a great way to end our meal, such a simple but mouthwatering dessert.
Went with a large group of guys and we simply ordered drinks and pizzas. While I would say the pizzas easily rival the best of any in Melbourne.. you are certainly paying a massive premium and you need to consider this when you are paying up to $30 for what I would consider a small/medium pizza. Service was great.
Forge is a no brainer must go kinda place.
The decor, the food, the service. I mean, where else would you rather be than at forge?
A definite must go in my opinion!
