Firstly off the batI will never ever come back to this fish and chips shop due to the following reasons.
The calamari is the fake stuff! It was disgusting and had a bad taste to it! Something that really grinds my gears is the fact the owners charge $1 for an awful processed calamari ring! Give us the real deal please!
Also, after picking up the food, I get home, opened the packages and saw that they didnt pack any of the flakes that we had ordered. I then called them and they said that they forgot to give it to me. Ok these things happen, but when I got there, I expected them to make a fresh bacth, but they gave me the old flakes. So by the time I got home, opened it and tasted it, it was 40 minutes after the food had finished cooking and it was awful, under cooked and cold.
Adding to this, the chips were unsalted and we threw more than half of the food out. I am a little scarred now as it was the worst I have ever tasted.
Customer service was poor and the owners dont care about their customers.
My advice, please avoid and dont bother eating here!
If anyone out there knows of a great fish and chips shop in the area please let me know! Thanks.

Nice crunchy chips, classic fat chip cut – I would definitely come back for these! Fish tasted fresh but they didn’t have a big variety. Flake is strictly the only fish they will combo. Not even blue grenadier which is 20c cheaper? Restaurant itself seemed a little run down and you wouldn’t want to eat in.
