Consistently excellent, fresh sushi and friendly customer service. I love having sushi as a quick option when I’m at the Greythorn Shops. The party platters are also a great option for parties!

I’ve only tried the sushi here, but from what I have tried, it’s outstanding

I tried the Spicy Prawn, which was full of flavor with the added herbs. Delicious
The Teriyaki Chicken with brown rice was also great, though a little dry on top, but it was already 4:30 so it can be understood.

Overall a great little place with some delicious sushi.

Gem Found !. Whisperings of great delicious sushi can no longer be ignored, so we finally made our way to this one year old Sushi Cafe in North Balwyn. There was a small crowd queuing for the beautiful and colourful trays of handrolls and sushi, sashimi packs.
My salmon handroll was very fresh and my children loved the crispy prawn and crispy chicken handrolls. There was a wide selection of sushi and sashimi packs which we will definitely return to try the next time.
What a Gem we have found.

Decent sashimi, stay away from udon!. Had the tempura udon, sashimi pack and the okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancakes). Sashimi was decent, the okonomiyaka comprised mainly of cabbage/onion and did not have any seafood/meat inside. It was cooked in advance and left in the food warmer display. The tempure udon was horrible, bland broth and the tempura was 2 frozen crumbed shrimp from a box.

Great sashim and sushi now available in Nth Balwyn. I’m really fond of fresh sashimi and order it whenever I visit Japanese restaurants. I am very glad that a new Sushi cafe has now opened in my local neighborhood. So far I have just tried their sushi dishes (which are extremely fresh and flavorsome) , their salmon sashimi (which was generously proportioned for the price) and their miso soup – again excellent. The shop premises appear meticulously clean and the owners very welcoming and helpful.
