Colombo’s is showing its age. It has been around for decades and its interior needs a bit of an update. (Maybe start with some extra lighting because it’s always nice to be able to see what you are eating).
The food here is pretty standard. We recently had their garlic and cheese focaccia which was warm and tasty. The spinach gnocchi came in a huge serve and was serviceable.
Speaking of service, it’s really hit and miss here. Sort of like Melbourne’s weather….sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s horrendous.
I would only come back if I was super desperate for pizza or pasta.
